PHOTOGRAPHER WITH CE PHOTO

Job Title:

Photographer – CE PHOTO

Location:

European Beach Resorts

Department:

Neilson Summer

Dates:

April – November

Reports to:

Beach Manager

Position:

Freelance

Job Role Summary:

Working with our partners CE PHOTO as a freelance resort photographer would give you plenty of opportunities to capture stunning photos whilst having the summer of your life.

Capture families naturally on the beach; during a sunset portrait session, photograph all of those perfect moments that occur with such a wide range of water sports and activities on your doorstep.

Get creative, experiment with different concepts, and deliver photography workshops to Neilson guests of all levels in a stimulating learning environment.

You’ll be meeting loads of new people on a daily basis and working closely with both your CE PHOTO photography crew and a huge team of Neilson resort staff.

You’ll need to be practising a great variety of styles of photography and present a professional appearance/attitude at all times, whilst always maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.

As this is a freelance role, you will need a talent for capturing the moment perfectly using your own high spec photography equipment to capture both land-based photos and action shots from powerboats.

There’s always plenty of opportunities to photograph Neilson guests and staff enjoying a wide range of activities including dinghy sailing, windsurfing, paddle sports, tennis, mountain biking and of course, the kid’s clubs.

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months abroad, although many of our roles are 6-month contracts. You will also need to be prepared to move between different resorts depending on the operational needs of the business.

The ability to be organised is essential, as is the confidence to softly sell, prepare and deliver fun and friendly family portrait sessions on the beach.

You’ll need to work well with a team of like-minded photographers proactively assisting our Neilson guests each day and occasional evenings.

You’ll need to be comfortable following timetables and making informed coverage decisions. At the end of each day, you should be able to effectively use your photographic software to edit, organise and export photos to an exceptional standard.

Finally, you’ll have to be able to demonstrate a personable, informative and efficient service for all potential clients.

Working for CE Photo and with the Neilson resort team is an incredible experience!
