Neilson Active Holidays is the UK’s leading active holiday provider with a range of stunning summer beach clubs based in Greece, Italy, and Croatia. We also operate an excellent ski & snowboard programme throughout France, Andorra and Italy.

We’re a multi-award-winning tour operator with over 40 years of experience within the travel industry, and our Brighton Marina head office is a great place to work.

Supported with hybrid home working, we’ve created a modern, funky workplace where our Head Office team can thrive. There’s always a friendly vibe, and this reflects throughout our overseas programme.

Our people are the backbone of our business, and it’s down to the hard work of all of these fantastic individuals that we’re able to create our unique blend of Neilson holiday magic collectively.

Due to these factors, our Head Office staff turnover is very low, and vacancies are relatively rare. Some positions will be filled internally by Neilson overseas staff returning from summer or winter seasons; however, we will advertise any jobs as they become available.
