Neilson Mountain Expert Representative (NME)
As a Neilson Mountain Expert, you will be the face of Neilson Active Holidays around the resort. You’ll always be happy to help, able to remain calm under pressure and to keep smiling whenever the going gets tough.
You’ll design, promote and actively participate in the NME programme in your resort. You’ll work closely with our chosen local ski school to ensure that our customer needs are met during all guiding sessions and that exceptional customer service is provided.

Transfer Representative
As a Transfer Rep, you’ll welcome our Neilson guests as they arrive at the airport. From this point, you’ll make sure that all guests have the information they need, direct to the correct transportation and assist with any issues. You’ll ensure that the journey between the airport and resort goes as smoothly as possible.
