This year’s results have shown that Neilson has started to establish a clear balance within our team and taken steps to implement additional objectives that continue to bring our employees closer together.
We will continue to review our policies and follow these reviews with up to date training. The recent report clearly stated that most females within our business are now paid equally or often higher than their male colleagues or counterparts.
