As a Neilson Yacht Instructor you will take on an exciting role where you’ll not only teach accredited RYA courses, Day Skipper and Competent Crew, including ICC Assessments, but also provide an engaging and personable experience for guests.
You'll guide students through the theoretical and practical aspects of sailing, helping them build skills and confidence on the water.

If you're an experienced RYA Instructor, great! If you're a newly qualified Instructor, no problem. We'll provide all the additional training required to run our RYA training courses.
