Become a Neilson Yacht Instructor
The Yacht Instructor role is a qualified position, so we can only consider applicants holding an RYA Cruising Instructor qualification or above.
Delivering accredited RYA courses, including Day Skipper, Competent Crew, and ICC Assessments, you'll guide your students through the theoretical and practical aspects of sailing. You'll provide an engaging and personable holiday experience for guests, helping them build the required skills and confidence on the water.
Yacht Instructor - Summer 2026
If you're an experienced RYA Instructor, great! If you're a newly qualified Instructor, no problem. We'll provide all the additional training required to run our RYA training courses.
