Set sail with Neilson as a Yacht Skipper. Based at the beautiful Neilson Vounaki Beachclub in Greece, this is an exciting, guest-facing role where you’ll lead sailing experiences that create lasting memories.
Whether you’re a Day Sail Skipper, guiding guests on scenic daily excursions, or a Flotilla Skipper, responsible for leading a group of yachts on coordinated journeys, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all Neilson guests have an unforgettable time on the water.
Day Sail Skipper - Summer 2026
Deliver memorable full or half-day sailing experiences and take ownership of all aspects relating to the guest experience and safety while aboard.
Flotilla Skipper - Summer 2026
Happy interacting with our guests, locals, and other team members, you will be motivated by a challenge and ready to deal with any problems, albeit at sea or back at base.
