As a Flotilla Mate with our Yacht Team, you'll play a key role in creating an unforgettable Neilson sailing holiday. If you're outgoing, organised, and love engaging with people, this role is perfect for you.
Based at the beautiful Neilson Vounaki Beachclub, you'll work closely with the Flotilla Skipper to support all aspects of the guest experience, ensure their safety on the water and deliver exceptional service.
