As a Lifeguard, you’ll ensure the safety of guests enjoying our pools, both adults and children. You'll be responsible for maintaining a proactive, vigilant presence and responding swiftly to any emergencies in one of our Beach Clubs in Europe.
For those with coaching expertise, our Swim Coaching position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our new Inclusive Swim Programme, which focuses on varying levels of group coaching and also includes running open water swims in the sea.

You'll ensure the safety and welfare of anyone using our pool facilities. Alert, professional and responsive to all pool area activities.
Head Lifeguard - Summer 2026
You will manage the safety/welfare of anyone using our pool facilities. Your team will always remain alert and professional to monitor all activities in the pool area.
