OUR STATEMENT ON MODERN SLAVERY & ETHICAL BUSINESS

At Neilson Active Holidays, we remain committed to operating our business in a responsible, ethical, and sustainable way. This includes active engagement with the local communities where we operate, supporting local economies, and continuously working to reduce our environmental impact.

We ensure compliance with all applicable legislation in the UK and across all countries where we operate. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, and any form of child or forced labour—both within our own operations and throughout our supply chain. We are fully committed to upholding and promoting human rights at every level of our business.

We regularly review and update our policies and procedures to enhance our ability to identify, address, and prevent modern slavery. We work closely with our employees, customers, suppliers, and partners to maintain a transparent and accountable approach.

This statement has been updated for the financial year ending 30 November 2024 and will continue to be reviewed and published on an annual basis.
