The Beach Supervisor is a senior resort position, so we are looking for reliable, confident, friendly characters with a mature attitude and substantial experience within the active sports environment.
You'll be enthusiastic, approachable, and capable of assisting the Beach Manager in successfully leading your team to deliver our full range of beach and watersports activities to guests of all ages in a professional, safe, and fun environment. You'll work closely with your Beach Manager to develop and coordinate the watersports programme following the RYA syllabus/Neilson programme in all weather conditions.
Ideally, we're looking for full-season staff from April to early November. We will consider candidates with shorter availability dates, but operationally, those with a combination of the best dates and qualifications will always take preference.
