This is a qualified position. We can only consider applicants holding an RYA Day Skipper Practical qualification or above for this role.
You will manage all aspects of delivering our guests memorable full or half-day sailing experiences. You'll take ownership of covering all aspects relating to the guest experience and safety while aboard.
Happy interacting with our guests, locals, and other team members, you will be motivated by a challenge and always ready to deal with any problems, albeit at sea or back at base.
