Kitchen Porter
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll support the kitchen team by keeping it clean, organised, and stocked. Your duties include washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and assisting with food prep.
Commis Chef
As a Commis Chef, you’ll assist with food prep, maintain cleanliness, and ensure ingredients are ready for cooking. You’ll work under senior chefs and learn key skills.
Demi Chef de Partie
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll manage a kitchen section, assist in food prep, and ensure quality and presentation of dishes. You’ll organise ingredients, maintain cleanliness and health and safety.
Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll oversee a kitchen section (meat, fish, or vegetables), ensuring high standards in food prep and presentation. You’ll manage stock and maintain cleanliness.
Pastry Chef
As a Pastry Chef, you’ll create a variety of baked goods and desserts. You’ll ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency, with creativity and attention to detail being key.
Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef, you’ll assist the Head Chef in kitchen operations, overseeing food prep, and ensuring quality and presentation. You’ll supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety.
Head Chef
As a Neilson Head Chef, you’ll oversee kitchen operations, manage the team, ensure high-quality food prep and presentation. You’ll work towards guest satisfaction while maintaining efficiency.
Executive Chef
The Executive Chef will plan menus and train kitchen teams in skills and hygiene, developing Neilson’s food philosophy to deliver excellent dining experiences for our customers.
