Activity Manager

Job Details

As Activity Manager, you’ll hold one of the most senior overseas positions within Neilson, taking responsibility for the entire activity operation within your Beach Club.

You’ll lead and support our activity teams across the resort, making sure Neilson’s extensive programme is delivered safely, professionally and with the energy and personality our guests expect. You’ll work closely with your Heads of Department and wider senior management team to maintain high standards, develop your people and keep everything running smoothly.

This is a hands-on leadership role, so you won’t be managing from the sidelines. You’ll be a visible presence around the resort, building relationships with guests and staff, solving problems and creating an environment where your teams can perform at their best.

We’re looking for an experienced, confident and naturally engaging leader with a strong background in active sports or activity operations. You’ll need to be organised, adaptable and comfortable making decisions, while staying calm and positive when things get busy.

As one of our senior management positions, priority will be given to candidates who are available for the full season.

We have a limited number of Activity Manager positions, so competition is always strong. If you’ve got the leadership experience, activity background and personality to take on one of the biggest roles in resort, we’d love to hear from you.
