Job Details
As Beach Manager, you’ll take the lead on everything that happens on the beach – managing, motivating and developing your team while making sure our watersports programme is safe, professional, fun and unmistakably Neilson.
This is a hands-on management role for an experienced watersports professional who’s confident leading from the front. You’ll work closely with the Activity Manager to plan and deliver the programme, maintain high standards across the operation and create an environment where your team can perform at their best.
We’re looking for someone with strong watersports experience, natural leadership skills and a mature, positive approach. You’ll need to be organised and safety-conscious, but just as importantly, approachable, enthusiastic and comfortable building great relationships with both guests and your team.
As one of our management positions, priority will be given to candidates available for the full season, from April through to early November.
