Job Details
As Beach Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our beach operation running brilliantly – supporting the Beach Manager, helping lead the team and making sure our guests enjoy a safe, professional and seriously fun watersports experience.
This is a hands-on senior role, so you won’t be managing from the sidelines. You’ll be out there with the team, helping coordinate the daily watersports programme, supporting and developing instructors, maintaining high standards and stepping up to lead whenever needed.
We’re looking for an experienced and confident watersports professional with a positive, mature approach and the ability to bring the best out of the people around them. You’ll need to be organised and safety-conscious, but also energetic, approachable and great with guests.
