A grafter, an entertainer and a holiday fun-maker – life as a Neilson Children’s Activity Leader is definitely not a job for anyone who likes sitting still.

Our Children’s Club is one of the liveliest parts of the Beach Club. You’ll be part of a big, energetic team delivering a packed programme of fun, creative and active sessions that give our younger guests an unforgettable holiday – and their parents a chance to enjoy theirs too!

One minute you could be organising a game or getting creative, the next you’re jumping in the pool, heading to the beach or covered in paint, chocolate, glitter – and quite possibly all three at once.

You’ll need bags of energy, plenty of personality and a genuine love of working with children. You’ll be confident in the water, able to think on your feet and happy getting stuck into whatever the day throws at you. Behind all the fun, you’ll also be organised, responsible and completely focused on keeping our younger guests safe, happy and included.

Working for Neilson is more than just a summer job. You’ll spend your season making kids laugh, creating brilliant memories and becoming part of one of the biggest and most sociable teams in resort.

If you can bring the energy, enthusiasm and occasional willingness to look ridiculous, you might just become a superhero to our younger guests – and probably their parents too.
