Job Details
As a Neilson Climbing Instructor, you’ll deliver a varied weekly climbing programme for adults and children, creating sessions that are safe, engaging, challenging and great fun.
You’ll work with guests of different ages, abilities and confidence levels – from complete beginners taking their first steps on the wall to more experienced climbers looking for their next challenge. You’ll adapt your sessions to the people in front of you, helping them develop their skills, build confidence and get a real sense of achievement from their time climbing with us.
You’ll need to be a qualified Climbing Instructor, holding a recognised CWA (Climbing Wall and Abseil) Instructor, SPA (Single Pitch Award) or accepted equivalent qualification.
We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, energetic and passionate about climbing, with the confidence to put guests at ease and the enthusiasm to make every session memorable.
