Job Details

As a Neilson Lifeguard, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our guests safe, confident and happy around the pool throughout their holiday.

You’ll maintain a proactive and vigilant presence, monitoring activity in and around the pool, encouraging safe behaviour and identifying potential hazards before they become a problem. You’ll also support our Children’s Club Team during pool-based activities, helping make sure our younger guests can enjoy the water safely.

Of course, you’ll always be ready to act when needed. If an emergency does arise, you’ll need to respond quickly, remain calm under pressure and confidently put your lifesaving and First Aid training into action.

But being a great Neilson Lifeguard is about more than watching the water. You’ll be a highly visible member of the resort team, so we’re looking for someone who’s professional, approachable and great with people – whether you’re reassuring a parent, chatting with guests or simply helping create a friendly atmosphere around the pool.

You’ll work closely with the wider resort team while maintaining the high standards of safety that allow everyone else to relax, have fun and enjoy their time in the water.
