As Spa Manager, you’ll take the lead on our Spa operation, creating a relaxing, professional environment where guests can switch off, recharge and enjoy a little well-earned luxury during their Neilson holiday.

This is a hands-on management role. You’ll lead, motivate and develop your Spa Team while still delivering treatments yourself, making sure every guest receives a consistently brilliant experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running and commercial success of the Spa, managing treatment availability, maintaining high professional standards and helping your team maximise treatment and retail opportunities through excellent, personalised guest service.

You’ll work with Temple Spa, our luxury skincare partner, receiving dedicated product and treatment training and making sure those standards are maintained across your team throughout the season.

We’re looking for an experienced, qualified therapist and confident leader who combines excellent treatment skills with strong organisation, commercial awareness and a genuine ability to bring the best out of a team.

There’s also the opportunity to boost your earnings through uncapped commission on Spa treatments and retail sales, giving you a real incentive to build a successful and thriving Spa operation.

As one of our management positions, priority will be given to candidates who are available for the full season.
