As Head Tennis - Racket Sports Coach, you’ll take the lead on our Tennis & Racket Sports Team, combining hands-on coaching with leadership, programme development and responsibility for delivering an outstanding guest experience on court.
You’ll lead, motivate and develop your coaching team while still doing plenty of coaching yourself, delivering engaging sessions for adults and children across a wide range of ages and abilities. From complete beginners to experienced players, you’ll make sure the programme is welcoming, professional and seriously good fun.
We’re looking for an experienced, qualified coach and confident leader who can bring the best out of both guests and their team. You’ll help maintain consistently high coaching standards, support the development of your coaches and use the skills and experience within your team to deliver a brilliant weekly programme.
Our tennis programme has been developed with input from some seriously experienced people in the game, including former GB Davis Cup player and Andy Murray coach Mark Petchey, alongside RPT Europe founder Adrian Rattenbury. You’ll bring that programme to life while adding your own coaching experience, personality and leadership style.
And it’s not just about tennis. As our Head Tennis - Racket Sports Coach, you’ll help drive the wider racket sports programme in resort, giving guests even more opportunities to pick up a racket, try something new and get involved.
