As Waterski & Wakeboard Manager, you’ll take the lead on one of the most exciting operations in the Beach Club – managing your team, keeping the boats moving and making sure our guests have an unforgettable time out on the water.

This is a hands-on management role. You’ll lead, motivate and develop your Waterski & Wakeboard Team while still spending plenty of time around the boats and on the water yourself. You’ll oversee the daily programme, maintain high standards of instruction, boat handling, safety and guest service, and make sure the operation runs smoothly from the first session of the day to the last.

Your team will work with everyone from complete beginners getting up on skis for the very first time to experienced riders looking to land their next trick. You’ll create an environment where your instructors can bring out the best in every guest while keeping sessions safe, organised and seriously good fun.

You’ll need to be an experienced Waterski & Wakeboard professional and confident leader who can stay organised in a fast-moving environment, make good decisions and bring the best out of the people around you.

And then there’s the office. Your working day could be spent beside an idyllic beach in the Greek sunshine or with the Croatian mountains as your backdrop, dedicating your summer to boats, boards, skis and – when conditions play ball – some beautifully glassy water.
