Job Details
As a Yacht Instructor, you’ll spend your summer helping guests develop their sailing skills, build confidence and work towards recognised qualifications in the beautiful waters of the Ionian Sea.
You’ll deliver our yacht training programme to a consistently high standard, combining practical instruction on the water with the theory, coaching and encouragement each guest needs to progress.
Whether you’re an experienced instructor or relatively newly qualified, you’ll be supported with the additional training needed to deliver our programme. What matters is that you’re a confident sailor, engaging teacher and brilliant communicator who can adapt your approach to different abilities and make learning enjoyable.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for the quality, safety and overall guest experience of your courses, while dealing confidently with the challenges that naturally come with life on the water.
Based at our stunning Vounaki Beachclub Sailing Centre in Paleros, Greece, you’ll spend your season teaching what you love, developing as an instructor and helping other people discover just how good sailing can be.
