Regardless of what role you apply for, you’ll play a vital role in preparing and serving delicious meals for our guests at one of our ski chalets or hotels.
Head Chef
As Head Chef, you’ll lead, organise, and motivate the kitchen team. You’ll ensure your team follows HACCP procedures and allergen guidelines for the safe delivery of food.
Sous Chef
As Sous Chef, you’ll have experience in food prep and HACCP. You’ll support the Head Chef to ensure the team follows allergen procedures and creates a consistently enjoyable dining experience.
Chef de Partie
As Chef de Partie, you’ll assist with meal delivery, ensuring high food preparation, presentation, and quality standards. You’ll lead by example, learn from the Sous/Head Chef.
Commis Chef
This role is a great opportunity to learn all areas of the kitchen. You’ll support chefs with food prep, organisation, and hygiene standards. You must be a fast learner and work well under pressure.
Kitchen Porter
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll learn about all areas of the kitchen. You’ll assist with food washing, preparation, kitchen equipment/storage, cleaning, and putting away deliveries.
