As a Neilson Watersports Instructor, you’ll spend your summer doing what you love – getting people out on the water and helping them discover just how much fun sailing and windsurfing can be.
This is our entry-level watersports instructor position, but you’ll need to be a qualified Dinghy Sailing and/or Windsurfing Instructor. From complete beginners finding their feet to more confident sailors and windsurfers developing their skills, you’ll deliver safe, fun and engaging sessions for guests of all ages and abilities.
You’ll be part of a brilliant Beach Team, working together to keep the programme running smoothly, look after the kit and create the kind of relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to have a go, learn something new and come back for more.
We’re looking for instructors who are energetic, approachable and passionate about being on the water. You don’t need years of experience behind you – but you do need the right qualification, a great attitude and the confidence to share your enthusiasm with our guests.
