Job Details
As Head Bike Guide, you’ll take the lead on our Bike Team and help deliver an outstanding cycling programme from one of our beautiful Beach Club destinations.
This is a hands-on leadership role, so you’ll still spend plenty of time doing what you love – riding. You’ll lead and guide rides for guests of different abilities, support and develop your Bike Guides, oversee the day-to-day running of the programme and make sure every ride is safe, well organised and seriously good fun.
You’ll also take responsibility for the care and maintenance of our bike fleet, help plan routes and activities, and work alongside our Children’s Activity Team to introduce younger riders to cycling through fun, engaging sessions.
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate cyclist with recognised Bike Leader qualifications, strong leadership skills and the fitness to comfortably handle a busy weekly riding programme. You’ll need to be confident making decisions, supporting your team and adapting rides to suit everyone from enthusiastic beginners to experienced riders.
