Children's Club Manager

As Children’s Club Manager, you’ll take the lead on one of the biggest, busiest and most energetic teams in the Beach Club – creating an environment where children have an amazing holiday and your team can perform at their very best.

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Children’s Club, leading and developing your team and making sure the programme is safe, organised, inclusive and packed with brilliant activities for our younger guests.

This is very much a hands-on management role. You’ll lead from the front, support your team when things get busy and never be afraid to get involved yourself. That could mean anything from managing the programme and coaching a team member to jumping in the pool, joining an activity or dealing with the inevitable explosion of paint, chocolate and glitter.

We’re looking for an experienced, confident leader who genuinely loves working with children. You’ll need excellent organisation and communication skills, strong safeguarding awareness and the ability to bring together a big team of different personalities while maintaining consistently high standards.
