Job Details
As Children’s Club Supervisor, you’ll help lead one of the biggest, busiest and most energetic teams in the Beach Club – supporting your Children’s Club Manager and making sure both the team and our younger guests have a brilliant season.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll help organise the daily programme, support and develop your Children’s Activity Leaders and lead from the front to make sure every session is safe, engaging, inclusive and seriously good fun.
And you’ll definitely still be getting stuck in. One minute you could be supporting your team through a busy session, the next you’re in the pool, on the beach, organising a game or somehow covered in paint, chocolate and glitter. It comes with the territory.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children and enjoys bringing the best out of a team. You’ll need bags of energy and personality, but also the organisation, maturity and confidence to stay cool when Kids Club is operating at full speed.
