Early Years Qualified Practitioner

Job Details

As an Early Years Qualified Practitioner, you’ll use your professional childcare experience to look after some of our youngest little guests, giving them a safe, nurturing and seriously fun introduction to life at Neilson.

You’ll be part of our wider Children’s Club Team, but your Early Years qualification means you’ll take particular responsibility for our infants and younger children – creating engaging, age-appropriate activities while giving parents the confidence to head off, enjoy their own activities and grab some very well-earned holiday time.

This is a qualified Early Years position. You’ll need to hold a recognised Level 2 or above Early Years Education and Childcare qualification, BA (Hons) Early Childhood Education or accepted equivalent to be considered. You’ll need to be caring, energetic, patient and brilliant with little people, but also organised, responsible and confident applying your professional Early Years knowledge in a busy holiday environment.

And because you’re part of the wider Children’s Club Team, there’ll still be plenty of opportunity to get involved with activities across the programme. Expect games, creativity, outdoor adventures and the occasional unavoidable encounter with paint, water and glitter.

We’re looking for qualified practitioners who genuinely love working with young children and understand just how much trust parents are placing in us. Creating a safe, welcoming environment where children are happy and parents feel completely comfortable leaving them in our care is a huge part of the job.
