As a Waterski - Wakeboard Instructor, you’ll spend your summer driving boats, coaching on the water and sharing your passion for Waterskiing and Wakeboarding with our guests.
You’ll work with riders of all ages and abilities – from complete beginners experiencing that incredible moment when they get up on skis or a wakeboard for the first time, to experienced riders looking to develop their technique, progression and next trick.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role combining great coaching with confident boat handling, excellent safety awareness and brilliant guest interaction. You’ll deliver sessions throughout the day, helping every rider get as much as possible from their time behind the boat.
And the setting isn't bad either. Your working day could be spent beside an idyllic beach in the Greek sunshine or with the Croatian mountains as your backdrop, with boats running and – when conditions are kind – some beautifully glassy water waiting for you.
We’re looking for instructors who are energetic, encouraging and completely at home around boats, boards and skis. You’ll need to adapt your coaching to the person behind the boat, building confidence with beginners while helping more experienced riders push their skills further.
You’ll also have opportunities to deliver premium sessions, giving guests additional coaching and progression while contributing to the success of the wider Waterski & Wakeboard operation.
