Swim Coach and Lifeguard

As a Swim Coach - Lifeguard, your main focus will be helping our guests become stronger, more confident swimmers and enjoy their time in the water.

You’ll deliver a varied programme of individual and group swimming lessons for guests of different ages and abilities, both in the pool and, where appropriate, in open water. Whether you’re helping someone improve their technique, build confidence or take on a new swimming challenge, you’ll make your sessions engaging, supportive and a genuine highlight of their holiday.

When you’re not coaching, you’ll support our Lifeguard Team, helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment around the pools. You’ll also work alongside the Children’s Club Team when younger guests are enjoying pool-based activities.

Safety is a huge part of the role. You’ll remain alert, professional and proactive, spotting potential hazards before they become problems, encouraging safe behaviour and being ready to respond calmly and confidently should an emergency arise.

We’re looking for a qualified Swim Coach and Lifeguard who’s brilliant with people, confident around the water and just as comfortable encouraging a nervous swimmer as you are maintaining high safety standards around a busy pool.
